I really enjoy life. My everyday is a time to discover and learn something new. This is why I love to write, take photographs, and learn what is new in nutrition and health. I love to laugh, sing, dance, take quiet walks, observe plants and animals, read, think and pray. And, I really enjoy family and friends and meeting new people.
